Senior Product Manager – AI Vertical Team (Corporate Information Systems)

About the role

ByteDance is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the AI Vertical Scenarios Team within the Corporate Information Systems department. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise AI products, turning cutting‑edge capabilities into reliable, globally consistent solutions for internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own evaluation product planning and system architecture for AI Agents and Coding Agents, creating reusable frameworks and continuous improvement pipelines.
• Identify enterprise user needs through interviews, data analysis, and behavioral insights, translating pain points into product features.
• Collaborate with algorithm, engineering, and data teams to build evaluation platforms, automated pipelines, and dashboards that feed directly into model optimization and product decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Information Management, Statistics or related fields.
• Strong structured and logical thinking with a user‑value orientation.
• Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills.
• Passion for AI products, model evaluation, and staying current with LLM/Agent advancements.
• Familiarity with AI/Agent tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor.
