Senior Product Manager – Payments (Business Account)

About the role

Reap is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Payments product within its Business Account suite. Based in Dubai, you will drive the end‑to‑end experience for high‑usage, high‑stakes payment flows, shaping strategy, roadmap and delivery across markets and currencies.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Payments product, from discovery and strategy through delivery, iteration and operational follow‑through.
• Define product vision, prioritize features and maintain a focused roadmap aligned with customer and business needs.
• Translate complex payment and compliance requirements into a simple, seamless user experience.
• Collaborate closely with the embedded‑finance engineering team, compliance, operations and leadership to ensure product stability and scalability.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance product decision‑making and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading payment or fintech products end‑to‑end.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to balance short‑term delivery and long‑term roadmap.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Product management expertise in payments or financial services.
• Understanding of compliance, regulatory and operational aspects of payment flows.
• Familiarity with AI tools for product development (e.g., prompt engineering, data analysis).
