Senior Product Manager – Retail Products

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank’s Retail Banking Group as a Senior Product Manager responsible for shaping and delivering retail product strategies. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive growth, profitability and customer engagement across conventional and Shari’ah‑compliant offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies to increase market share and profitability of existing retail products.
• Lead the creation and launch of new product propositions and strategic marketing alliances.
• Manage product mix, portfolio composition, usage patterns, cost of funds and yields while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and bank guidelines.
• Design and oversee customer communication collateral, term sheets and multi‑channel campaigns to boost product visibility and adoption.
• Monitor market trends and technology developments, integrating relevant innovations into the bank’s product suite.
• Supervise advertising and promotion budgets to align with allocated funds.
• Participate in planning, development and execution of acquisition programs to maximise product sales.
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors and internal departments, ensuring timely reporting and value‑creation opportunities.
• Support preparation and monitoring of the business area’s budget and financial performance.
