Senior Production Engineer

About the role

DuPod is looking for a Senior Production Engineer to lead and optimise manufacturing operations at its UAE production facility. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality modular units while driving efficiency, safety and continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Plan, monitor and optimise workflows to maximise efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement and project teams to ensure smooth production execution.
• Analyse performance data, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and track KPIs such as productivity, cycle time, quality and resource utilisation.
• Support production planning, including manpower allocation and capacity management.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale production teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvements.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
