Senior Project Manager - Airfield Projects UAE

About the role

AERTEC is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead airfield projects across the United Arab Emirates. You will head a multidisciplinary technical team, ensuring that design, coordination and delivery meet the highest international standards for safety, quality and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate survey, design and technical management activities across civil, AGL, fuel hydrant, drainage, utilities, electrical and ICT disciplines.
• Ensure project delivery within defined scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Conduct design progress meetings, stakeholder workshops and Value Engineering sessions.
• Manage project reporting, risk registers and phasing plans.
• Oversee compliance with ICAO Annex 14, GCAA CAR Part IX, FAA ACs and UAE regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between AERTEC, the client and all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Civil engineering background preferred.
• 12+ years of professional experience, including at least 8 years on airside or airport infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification.
• Strong technical and managerial leadership abilities.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven experience managing teams, planning projects and coordinating stakeholders, preferably in the Middle East.
