Senior Project Manager – Energy Infrastructure

About the role

Penspen is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager with extensive ADNOC experience to lead project delivery, performance and commercial success for large‑scale energy infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project execution within time, budget and QHSE requirements, allocating resources and handling risks, opportunities and changes.
• Ensure technical integrity of all deliverables (drawings, calculations, specifications, schedules, MTOs, etc.) and maintain quality documentation.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, coordinate subcontractors and oversee 3D platform‑based project management.
• Drive contract, schedule, cost and quality management to meet client expectations and achieve profit‑loss targets.
• Support sales and marketing with bid proposals and contribute to people development through HR collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience, including 7+ years with ADNOC (Onshore, Gas, Offshore).
• Strong UAE/GCC engineering consultancy background with NOC, IOC and EPC client exposure.
