Senior Project Manager – High Rise Towers

About the role

China State Construction Middle East is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large‑scale high‑rise tower development in Dubai. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring that scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the complete project management plan, covering scope, procurement, design, communication, cost, schedule, risk, resources and close‑out.
• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities, monitor staff performance and coordinate work across disciplines.
• Identify and manage key risks and opportunities related to contracts, designs, budgets and regulatory approvals.
• Foster a high‑performance team environment aligned with company objectives and project requirements.
• Lead safety initiatives to achieve zero‑incident targets.
• Administer project budgets, fiscal controls, contracts and quality assurance, including cost estimating and value engineering.
• Participate in design alternative studies and coordinate joinery production with factories to meet design, budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Develop and monitor procurement strategies to ensure supplier compliance with specifications and program timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction, with a focus on high‑rise tower projects.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, risk management and safety regulations.
