Senior Project Manager (Industrial)

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead and guide the delivery of industrial projects for ADNOC and its group companies, ensuring compliance with the highest HSE standards and meeting scope, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and apply project management policies, procedures and standards across all phases of the project.
• Prepare schedules, cost estimates and budgets, and control implementation to adhere to approved plans.
• Lead, motivate and monitor performance of multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
• Oversee selection, pre‑qualification and evaluation of sub‑contractors and suppliers.
• Negotiate claims, variations and back‑charges with contractors and vendors.
• Ensure timely inspection, audits and corrective actions for quality, HSE and contractual compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; Master’s in Engineering Management preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in the UAE oil & gas sector.
• At least 7 years in a senior project management role overseeing multi‑disciplinary engineering design and execution.
• Professional certification: Project Management Professional (PMP).
