Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead facilities and infrastructure projects in a large‑scale, complex operational environment that operates 24/7. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects from planning and design through execution, testing and handover.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies, HS&E requirements and operational procedures.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers; monitor contractor performance and resolve technical or commercial issues.
• Support procurement processes, contract administration and regulatory approvals.
• Maintain project schedules, KPIs and reporting; capture lessons learned and contribute to PMO framework development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience delivering facilities or infrastructure projects in large‑scale, operationally critical environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and contractor teams simultaneously.
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred.
