Senior Project Manager - Offshore

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead offshore projects that support the transition to sustainable energy while delivering essential resources. You will provide direction, manage project execution, and ensure compliance with contractual and safety obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project goals, develop detailed plans, and align them with customer objectives and contract terms.
• Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders, coordinating multi‑discipline and multi‑location teams.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met, including Safety by Design and Constructability workshops.
• Manage scope, schedule, productivity, and budget targets, monitoring performance and addressing gaps.
• Apply Worley methodologies, processes, tools, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and key performance indicators to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience on complex, high‑impact projects in the energy, chemicals, or resources sector.
• Strong commitment to health and safety, with experience leading safety‑focused workshops.
• Ability to work with engineering, procurement, and quality‑control disciplines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
