Senior Projects Manager – Buildings

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead building projects in Abu Dhabi. You will head a multidisciplinary team of consultants, contractors and project managers, reporting directly to the Project Director.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors and internal project managers throughout design, construction and the defects liability period.
• Monitor project performance, resolve issues affecting cost, schedule and quality, and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Attend and contribute to meetings with authorities, utilities providers and other stakeholders.
• Review and endorse technical, commercial and planning sub‑missions from contractors.
• Develop innovative solutions to project challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience on building projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management principles.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic knowledge is a plus.
