About the role
Enclave Dubai, a fast‑growing real‑estate brokerage, is looking for a Senior Property Consultant to drive sales across residential and commercial markets, both off‑plan and secondary.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, negotiate and close property transactions in Dubai.
- Maintain and expand client relationships while achieving sales targets.
- Utilise company leads, marketing support and telesales resources.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of real‑estate sales experience, at least 1 year required.
- Previous experience with a Dubai brokerage, preferably in off‑plan or secondary‑market deals.
- Strong negotiation, prospecting and client‑management abilities.
- Valid UAE driving licence and commercial mindset.
Required skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- European language skills are a plus.
