Senior Property Consultant

About the role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate, one of the largest and most trusted real estate agencies in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a driven, ambitious and results-oriented Senior Property Consultant. The role suits someone with a proven track record in the Abu Dhabi property market, strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value transactions in both primary (off-plan) and secondary markets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales transactions across Abu Dhabi's most in-demand communities.
• Manage and maintain an active client database to ensure long-term relationships.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations and negotiations with buyers, sellers and landlords.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and company-provided leads.
• Stay up to date with market trends, regulations and new developments.
• Prepare and execute contracts in compliance with RERA regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven real estate experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and able to work in a competitive environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, French or Chinese are a plus.
