Senior Property Consultant

About the role

Hampson & Sons (H&S) Real Estate, part of the Haqsons Group, is recruiting Senior Property Consultants for its growing sales team in Dubai. The company is backed by over 13 years of industry experience and is recognised as a #1 agency by major developers such as Emaar, Nakheel and Tilal Al Ghaf.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on Dubai's premium off-plan and secondary market properties.
• Generate leads, conduct property viewings and close transactions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and property buyers.
• Manage client inquiries, negotiations and the full sales process.
• Stay up to date on the property market, developer launches and investment opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai/UAE preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate and close property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and secondary real estate markets.
• Fluent English; Russian, Arabic, Chinese or French is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence and own car are an advantage.
