Senior Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales (UAE)

About the role

NUVÉ Properties is expanding its Dubai and Abu Dhabi teams and is looking for high‑performing senior property consultants to drive sales in both off‑plan and resale markets. You will work with a steady flow of qualified leads, premium developer inventory and full back‑office support to maximise your closing rate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle for off‑plan and resale properties.
• Convert in‑house generated leads into successful transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with Tier‑1 developers and secure priority inventory allocations.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring compliance with UAE real‑estate regulations.
• Collaborate with the in‑house media and branding team to showcase listings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven UAE real‑estate sales experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent English; additional Arabic, Russian or French is a strong plus.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and deep market knowledge of off‑plan or resale segments.
