Senior QA Engineer – Relocation to Cyprus

About the role

FxPro is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join its TradeTech Quality Assurance team. The role focuses on backend testing of fintech trading platforms and offers relocation to Cyprus for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites for trading platforms.
• Increase automation coverage to minimise manual testing effort.
• Execute backend, end‑to‑end and integration tests to verify data integrity and front‑end/back‑end consistency.
• Debug, document and track defects using bug‑tracking tools while collaborating with developers for rapid resolution.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies, tools and processes.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to align testing with requirements.
• Mentor engineers of all levels and promote best QA practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
