Senior QA Lead – Banking (Loans & Cards)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Lead with deep knowledge of the banking sector, specifically loans and cards, to oversee end‑to‑end testing activities for our client projects in Dubai. The role requires immediate availability and the ability to drive high‑quality delivery within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze functional and non‑functional requirements and define a comprehensive testing strategy.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and scenarios covering functional, regression, and defect retesting.
• Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), test data, and related documentation.
• Provide effort estimations, resource planning, and track testing progress.
• Log, prioritize, and track defects, ensuring clear communication of severity and impact.
• Collaborate with automation teams to align automated scripts with manual test cases.
• Deliver daily status updates to stakeholders and manage expectations.

Required profile

• 8‑13 years of professional experience in QA/Test engineering within the banking domain, focusing on loans and cards.
• Proven ability to estimate testing effort and plan resources effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
