About the role
The Senior QS Engineer will lead cost management activities across construction projects, working closely with architects, clients and contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
- Assist in establishing client requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
- Perform risk, value management and cost control.
- Prepare and analyse costing for tenders and advise on maintenance costs.
- Assess variations and manage cost reconciliation, budgetary control and developer’s budget.
- Prepare periodic claims, reports and follow up on variations.
Required profile
- Fit Out / Joinery experience mandatory.
- Experience in both post‑contract and pre‑contract phases, including preparation/review of preliminary and detailed cost estimates.
