Senior Quantity Surveyor – Dubai Construction Project

About the role

We are partnering with a leading building contractor in Dubai to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a three‑year construction project. The role is based on‑site and focuses on managing all commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering the project on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all onsite commercial duties, ensuring accurate cost tracking and reporting.
• Prepare and review measurement sheets, cost estimates and variations in line with project requirements.
• Report regularly to the Project Director, providing updates on financial performance and commercial issues.
• Collaborate with the project team to support budgeting, forecasting and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on building projects, including high‑rise, residential, commercial and villa developments.
• Immediate availability or ability to join on short notice.
• Residency in the United Arab Emirates.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced construction environments.
