Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Mathews Metal Manufacturing LLC in Dubai is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / QS Manager to lead its commercial team and support the delivery of façade and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercial/QS team and oversee project commercial activities.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take‑offs, valuations, payment applications and final accounts.
• Manage variations, claims, EOT‑related matters and contractual correspondence.
• Review contracts, specifications, drawings and commercial terms.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow and overall commercial performance.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Planning, Design, Procurement, Production and Finance teams.
• Attend commercial meetings with clients, consultants and main contractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant Quantity Surveying / Commercial experience.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, curtain walls, cladding, aluminium fabrication and glazing works.
• Good understanding of FIDIC and construction contracts.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and QS/commercial software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
