Senior Quantity Surveyor / QS Manager

About the role

Mathews Metal Manufacturing LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / QS Manager to lead its commercial team on façade and construction projects. The role involves overseeing cost control, contracts, variations, claims and payment applications while coordinating with multiple internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercial/QS team across all projects.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take‑offs, valuations, payment applications and final accounts.
• Manage variations, claims, EOT matters and contractual correspondence.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow and overall commercial performance.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Planning, Design, Procurement, Production and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant Quantity Surveying / Commercial experience.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, curtain walls, cladding, aluminium fabrication and glazing works.
• Good understanding of FIDIC and construction contracts.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Proficiency with QS/commercial software.
