Senior Real Estate Agent – Dubai Premium Market

About the role

Zenith Opulent Properties is seeking a seasoned Senior Real Estate Agent to lead premium advisory services across Dubai’s off‑plan and secondary property markets. You will work from our Business Bay office, driving high‑value transactions and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Advise buyers, investors, landlords and sellers on Dubai real‑estate opportunities.
• Generate and manage qualified leads through networking, referrals and company‑supported marketing campaigns.
• Handle off‑plan and secondary‑market transactions from initial enquiry through closing.
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, presentations and investment consultations.
• Prepare comparative market analyses, property valuations and investment recommendations.
• Negotiate offers and ensure efficient, professional transaction progress.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records in the company CRM.
• Stay updated on market trends, project launches, pricing, regulations and investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of proven real‑estate experience in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off‑plan and secondary property markets.
• Demonstrated record of successfully closing transactions.
• Established network of investors, buyers, sellers or property owners (advantageous).
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a premium brand.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
