Senior Recruiter – Arabic Speaker (Oil & Gas)

About the role

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter who is fluent in Arabic to support a key Oil & Gas client in the Middle East. The role is fully on‑site in Dubai and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for senior hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior hiring managers to provide consultative recruitment support and market expertise.
• Lead vacancy briefings, define recruitment strategies and collaborate with sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines.
• Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, competitor activity and hiring expectations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and lead complex offer negotiations.
• Build proactive talent pools and use recruitment data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Coach colleagues on best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment in Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, Construction or related sectors.
• Experience recruiting across the Middle East region.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai five days a week.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Deep knowledge of the Oil & Gas recruitment market.
