Senior Recruiter – GCC (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment across the GCC, supporting growth for a leading retail conglomerate. The role will build a strong talent pipeline and ensure we attract high‑calibre professionals aligned with our culture and goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all GCC countries (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman & Bahrain).
• Forecast hiring needs and conduct workforce planning by department and country.
• Develop and update job descriptions and candidate evaluation questionnaires.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and coordinate in‑person, virtual and phone interviews.
• Evaluate applicants’ qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
• Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine selection criteria.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of proven recruitment experience, in‑house or agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment trends and talent pools within the GCC.
• Willingness to travel across GCC countries as required.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑driven, result‑oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
