About the role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join a leading retail group headquartered in Dubai, JAFZA. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring talent for the retail sector across the GCC.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for retail positions.
- Monitor recruitment trends and maintain a talent pool within the GCC retail market.
Required profile
- Minimum 5‑6 years of proven recruitment experience in the retail sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder management, sourcing strategies and negotiation abilities.
