Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education - Relocate to Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Dubai‑based team. You will continue to work the UK education market from Dubai, leveraging your existing relationships and knowledge while enjoying a tax‑free environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit for UK schools, colleges and other education providers from Dubai.
• Build and maintain relationships with education clients and candidates.
• Source, screen and place high‑quality candidates into education roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement.
• Develop new business and maximise existing client accounts.
• Achieve and exceed billing targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in education recruitment (FE, SEN or compulsory education).
• Proven billing track record and solid understanding of the UK education market.
• Ambitious, driven and motivated by earning potential.
• Confident, resilient and comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Experience on a 360° or delivery‑focused desk.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and embrace the local lifestyle.
