Senior Recruitment Executive - Arabic Speaker

About the role

Visioneers is looking for a Senior Recruitment Executive based in Dubai who speaks Arabic fluently. The executive manages end-to-end recruitment across the organization, with a focus on media roles, and works closely with hiring managers on sourcing, screening and interview coordination. The goal is timely, compliant and high-quality hiring, with a strong focus on UAE National talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition approval to offer stage for assigned roles
• Post job openings on internal and external platforms (careers page, LinkedIn, job boards and government portals where applicable)
• Source media talent such as producers, directors, presenters, editors, camera operators, journalists and content creators, building an active pipeline
• Screen CVs, portfolios and showreels, and conduct initial screening interviews in Arabic and English
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, act as the main point of contact between HR, hiring managers and candidates, and provide shortlists and progress updates
• Advise hiring managers on media talent availability, market trends and realistic hiring timelines
• Maintain the ATS, update interview trackers and dashboards daily, and prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports
• Track metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, pipeline health and hiring volumes
• Support onboarding documentation and liaison with internal teams for a smooth handover to onboarding
• Support recruitment events, job fairs and career days, and promote the organization as an employer of choice in the media industry
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor law and data protection regulations, and maintain confidentiality

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Native or fluent Arabic, plus strong professional English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple roles at once

Required skills

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
• Ability to work with media industry networks, databases and talent pools
