Senior Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Senior Recruitment Manager will shape and execute the talent acquisition strategy for a diversified international group operating across Africa, the Middle East and Asia. You will be responsible for attracting, engaging and hiring high‑quality talent for both business and technology functions, ensuring recruitment aligns with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment operations across multiple business functions.
• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment analytics and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment practices and hiring regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of high‑volume and strategic hiring across technology, digital, commercial and corporate roles.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE labour market and regional talent trends.
• Experience supporting regional hiring across GCC markets is a plus.
