Senior Recruitment Officer / Recruitment Specialist (UAEN)

About the role

Khadamat Facilities Management is hiring an experienced professional for its Human Capital team in Al Ain, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiations and employment contracts, coordinating with hiring managers to fill vacancies on time.
• Handle onboarding and new employee inductions.
• Support employee engagement, satisfaction and retention; handle employee grievances and concerns.
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Manage rewards and recognition initiatives and support employee wellbeing programs.
• Prepare employee letters and follow up on probation reviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records with confidentiality and data privacy, administer leave and support HR audits.
• Support PRO activities such as visa processing, medical insurance enrolment and pension record updates.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics, and provide cover for other HR team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
