HR / Emiratization Officer (UAE National)

About the role

A leading multinational organization in the insurance sector is hiring an HR / Emiratization Officer in Dubai through a partnership with Intelligent Solutions. This full-time, onsite role suits an Emirati graduate who wants to help strengthen nationalization initiatives in a well-established corporate environment. The officer contributes to developing and executing Emiratization strategies across recruitment, employee development, engagement and retention, in line with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support UAEN hiring initiatives, partnering with universities, government entities and employment platforms
• Represent the organization at Emiratization events, career fairs and networking initiatives
• Develop and run training, development and career progression programs for Emirati employees
• Monitor engagement and attrition trends and propose retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with Emiratization targets and labour regulations
• Maintain reporting across government portals and regulatory platforms
• Prepare regular reports on nationalization progress and workforce metrics
• Work with internal stakeholders to embed Emiratization goals in business functions

Required profile

• Emirati with Family Book (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field (mandatory)
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or Emiratization in a corporate setting
• Full-time, onsite work (5 days per week) in Dubai
