Senior Recruitment Specialist - Bulk Hiring

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in bulk and high-volume hiring, especially for customer-facing roles, to be based onsite in the UAE. The role is hands-on, covering the full hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding, and includes regional hiring exposure across Southeast Asia and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver end-to-end bulk hiring projects
• Recruit for customer-facing and operational roles
• Take a hands-on approach to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Build talent pipelines across Southeast Asian and African markets
• Manage and coordinate with external recruitment vendors and partners
• Ensure hiring targets are met within timelines

Required profile

• Proven experience in bulk or mass hiring environments
• Strong background recruiting for customer-facing or operational roles
• Demonstrated hands-on recruitment approach, not purely managerial or vendor-reliant
• Experience working with and managing third-party recruitment vendors and agencies
• Exposure to hiring across Southeast Asia and/or Africa is highly preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required
