About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Abu Dhabi on a temporary contract. The role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding coordination.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct candidate screening and maintain strong pipelines for current and future needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, provide market insights and deliver regular hiring updates.
Required profile
- 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume recruitment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
