Senior Regulatory Counsel – Business

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Senior Regulatory Counsel to join its Legal team and act as a strategic partner for the Business and Sales divisions. You will provide practical, high‑impact legal advice on the design, launch, and expansion of business‑focused financial products while ensuring compliance with European regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise the Business and Sales teams on regulatory and legal matters related to new and existing products.
• Draft and review customer‑facing legal documents, terms, and policies.
• Structure product features and expansions while managing regulatory expectations and applications.
• Engage with European and local regulators to secure approvals and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Handle complex legal issues with tight deadlines, balancing strategic leadership and hands‑on execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a law firm or in‑house setting.
• Strong academic background and proven credentials.
• Demonstrated experience advising on European financial regulations, especially PSD2 and CRD.
• Excellent judgment, composure under pressure, and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English communication skills.
