Senior Relationship Manager - Business Banking

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Transaction Banking marketing action plan targeting corporate clients in the UAE and manage working‑capital relationships to achieve financial targets.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Structured Trade, Investment Banking and Operations to maximise selling opportunities and maintain service levels.
• Liaise with clients to advise on complex Transaction Banking solutions, new developments, and emerging opportunities, while cross‑selling other products.
• Provide Transaction Banking solution training to Corporate Relationship Managers to increase solution sales.
• Adhere to organisational policies, processes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a transaction banking environment with a proven record of achieving revenue targets.
• Knowledge of Transaction Banking products, freight forwarding, marine insurance, Treasury Management and related legal practices.
• Strong ability to solve and escalate complex client issues.
