Senior Relationship Manager – Global Network Banking (UAE National)

About the role

HSBC is seeking a senior relationship manager to lead its Global Network Banking portfolio in Dubai. The role focuses on corporate clients headquartered outside the UAE with a presence in the UAE, delivering tailored banking and treasury solutions while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients headquartered outside the UAE with UAE presence, delivering banking and treasury solutions.
• Grow sustainable revenue through cross‑selling and product penetration.
• Proactively acquire new clients that fit the Global Network Banking framework.
• Develop and execute relationship‑building and pipeline‑management plans for existing and new customers.
• Assess market opportunities and design growth strategies aligning GNB offerings with client needs, collaborating with global relationship counterparts.
• Create client plans to identify sales opportunities and achieve asset, sales, or revenue targets.
• Advise clients with regional headquarters in the UAE, leveraging HSBC’s regional network.
• Monitor the portfolio, generate quality assets using risk‑management tools, and ensure pricing aligns with risk appetite.
• Work closely with Risk to validate risk assumptions and maintain compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate relationship management within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of treasury, financing, and cross‑border banking products.
• Track record of revenue generation and new client acquisition.
• Ability to develop strategic client plans and manage a pipeline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regions.
• UAE national status as required by the role.
