About the role

Join ADCB’s Private Banking team as a Senior Relationship Manager, driving client acquisition and delivering end‑to‑end banking and investment solutions for high‑net‑worth customers.

Key responsibilities

• Direct New‑to‑Bank client acquisition, meet targets and contribute to department profitability.
• Provide day‑to‑day banking services, resolve client issues promptly and exceed expectations.
• Analyse feedback to identify product opportunities, coordinate with internal specialists and cross‑sell solutions.
• Ensure compliance with risk, policy and procedural standards to protect the bank.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relationship‑management experience in a commercial/universal bank serving high‑net‑worth clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong client‑service and acquisition skills with ability to network across stakeholder groups.
