Senior Relationship Manager, Real Estate

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager, Real Estate will manage and deepen complex, multi‑product relationships for the bank while originating new business opportunities across the product suite. The role involves structuring solutions, executing transactions, and ensuring compliance with credit, risk and regulatory policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, recommend credit facilities and maximise risk‑adjusted returns while maintaining asset quality.
• Develop and implement tailored relationship strategies and account plans for each client, driving cross‑selling and penetration initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, positioning the bank as a trusted financial partner.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of new‑to‑bank opportunities and expand market share in designated sectors and geographies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Treasury, Operations, Risk Management and Retail Banking to deliver products, manage risk and achieve strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in credit risk assessment, facility structuring and liaison with Credit Relationship Managers.
• Strong business development and relationship management capabilities with a focus on delivering client satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of macro‑economic trends, industry dynamics and regulatory frameworks affecting credit quality.
