Senior Relationship Officer – Corporate Banking

About the role

The Senior Relationship Officer will maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and support Relationship Managers to ensure optimal business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Process renewals, new credit proposals and isolated requests for existing customers efficiently.
• Conduct annual credit reviews, monitor financial covenants and ensure timely credit administration.
• Analyse customer project reports, feasibility studies, balance sheets and cash flows to structure credit lines.
• Handle customer queries, provide solutions and enhance satisfaction levels.
• Maintain liaison with customers for day‑to‑day banking needs and manage security documentation.
• Conduct customer visits as required and monitor commercial deal progress.
• Identify early warning signs of account deterioration and support asset‑quality maintenance.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management/Administration.
• 3‑4 years of experience in corporate/commercial banking as a credit analyst or relationship officer in the UAE.
• Strong autonomy and ability to work independently of the Relationship Manager.
