Senior Resident Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Resident Engineer to oversee construction supervision and ensure successful delivery of Roads & Infrastructure projects in Dubai, complying with Dubai Municipality requirements, project specifications, and quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage site supervision activities for Roads & Infrastructure projects.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and Dubai Municipality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with approved schedules.
• Review technical submissions, method statements, inspection requests, and construction documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Extensive experience in Roads & Infrastructure construction supervision projects.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) project experience and approval are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai infrastructure standards, construction practices, and authority requirements.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
