Senior Sales Enablement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to design and execute enablement strategies that boost sales effectiveness across our construction-focused organization. The role is fully remote and reports to senior commercial leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales enablement programs aligned with revenue targets and commercial priorities.
• Assess sales team capabilities, identify gaps, and deliver targeted training and onboarding.
• Create and maintain sales playbooks, proposal templates, and a centralized repository of sales collateral.
• Standardise sales processes, document workflows, and improve cycle efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, marketing and finance to ensure accurate technical and commercial information in proposals.
• Monitor pipeline quality, analyse performance data, and produce dashboards on win rates, conversion and productivity.
• Support CRM adoption, define usage guidelines and identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior experience in sales enablement within a BTP or construction environment.
• Proven ability to design training programmes, develop playbooks and improve sales productivity.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess performance metrics and recommend improvements.
