Senior Sales Executive – Commercial Vehicle

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will develop, maintain and strengthen business relationships with customers across the commercial vehicle sector in Dubai. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and expanding the dealer network for United Diesel, the authorized distributor of Renault Trucks, Tata Motor, and other brands.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, growth areas, trends and potential partnerships.
• Visit prospective customers at commercial and industrial establishments to present product catalogs, pricing and advantages.
• Prepare and respond to proposals, including RFPs, and collaborate with technical teams to meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines, secure new orders and renew existing contracts.
• Open new customer accounts and ensure all administrative requirements are fulfilled.
• Monitor sales performance against targets, provide regular status reports and feedback on market conditions.
• Assist the credit control team in collections and resolve customer disputes.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher Secondary education; Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in automotive or commercial vehicle sectors.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles, sales and marketing techniques, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written); Arabic and Hindi are advantageous.
• Excellent persuasion, active listening, negotiation and social perceptiveness skills.
