Senior Sales Manager – Customer Success

About the role

Super Micro Computer is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead Customer Success initiatives across its OEM/ODM accounts in the UAE. The role combines strategic account planning, escalation handling, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure high‑quality support and delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve goals for major OEM/ODM accounts, driving growth and maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline.
• Manage customer escalations, return‑material authorizations (RMAs) and coordinate multiple sites to exceed expectations.
• Own pre‑sales, post‑sales activities and overall customer satisfaction metrics.
• Develop executive‑level relationships and act as the primary point of contact for on‑site and remote data‑center customers.
• Lead projects, efficiency programs, and process improvements across sites.
• Track contractual KPIs, monitor business risks, and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to produce quarterly business reviews and schedule regular touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of sales, account or customer‑success management experience.
• Proven experience in IT or data‑center services environments.
• Knowledge of AI technologies is a plus.
