Senior Sales Manager – Group & Catering

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing large group and catering opportunities for Four Points by Sheraton locations on Sheikh Zayed Road and Bur Dubai. The role focuses on driving revenue, upselling services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences to build loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Target and proactively solicit group/catering accounts with high revenue potential.
• Partner with internal counterparts to manage opportunities and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and execute sales plans, design creative catered events, and upsell packages.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals based on market conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, trade shows, and community engagement.
• Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to avoid duplication and maximize coverage.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and manage post‑booking operational support.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales, marketing, guest services, or related experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to achieve personal and team revenue goals and deliver high‑quality customer service.
