Senior Sales Manager – Hospitality

About the role

As a Senior Sales Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel & Residences, you will lead the generation and management of group sales while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will act as the primary point of contact for key market segments, driving revenue and occupancy across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.

Key responsibilities

• Research, prospect, and qualify leads to exceed group sales targets.
• Build and nurture client relationships, serving as the main contact for assigned market segments.
• Analyse market trends and develop targeted sales strategies and business plans.
• Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, and secure bookings.
• Coordinate room, food & beverage, and meeting space requirements and ensure accurate entry in the sales management system.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to maximise hotel revenue.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior sales roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue and occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic sales plans.
• Team‑player mindset with leadership capabilities to coach and support sales staff.
