About the role

Kitopi, a leading food‑tech company operating cloud kitchens across the Gulf, is seeking motivated Junior Commis Chefs to support its fast‑paced culinary teams. The role is ideal for candidates with a passion for food who are ready to learn and contribute in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist chefs with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods and ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Commis or in a professional kitchen is preferred.
• Culinary qualification is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment; immediate availability is preferred.
