Senior Security Agent – Group Security Hub Operations

About the role

Join the Group Security team to ensure the highest standards of security across the Emirates Group network. As a Senior Security Agent you will monitor flights, inspect passenger documents and prevent inadmissible passengers from entering Emirates locations.

Key responsibilities

• Assess intelligence reports on inadmissible passengers and coordinate actions such as high‑risk flight checks and PNR reviews.
• Verify travel documents for forgeries and refer doubtful cases to the Security Coordinator.
• Monitor movement and repatriation of inadmissible passengers, arranging alternate routes, accommodation or deportation with consulates.
• Conduct ad‑hoc security duties including check‑in counter surveillance, ramp spot checks, cabin crew random checks and accommodation inspections.
• Prepare detailed incident reports for management review.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experience in airline security or related security operations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and hold a valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong investigative abilities, high confidentiality and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
