Senior Security Agent – Group Security Hub Operations

About the role

Join the Group Security team at Emirates, supporting the highest standards of security across the Emirates Group network. As a Senior Security Agent you will monitor flights, inspect passenger documents and coordinate actions to prevent inadmissible passengers and reduce liability. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, Group Security policies and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor flights and inspect passenger travel documents for discrepancies and potential inadmissible passengers.
• Conduct risk‑based security checks, verify documents, and report incidents accurately.
• Coordinate with Security Coordinators on high‑risk flights, PNR checks and intelligence bulletins.
• Manage movement, repatriation or deportation of inadmissible passengers in liaison with consulates.
• Perform surveillance and spot checks at check‑in counters, ramp areas, cabin crew and company accommodation.
• Prepare and submit detailed incident reports to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experience in airline, general security or security operations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and hold a valid UAE driving licence.
• High confidentiality, strong investigative abilities and good memory.
• Experience in aviation security is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
