Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day construction activities across our projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves coordinating contractors, monitoring workmanship, and ensuring all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, schedules and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, method statements and project requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors, subcontractors, trades, technicians and site personnel, allocating resources according to priorities.
• Review construction schedules, plan work sequences, and identify potential delays or resource constraints.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress, workmanship, material quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, inspection logs and progress documentation.
• Enforce health and safety standards, report unsafe conditions and coordinate corrective actions with H&S teams.
• Manage site logistics, material handling, equipment availability and coordinate deliveries to minimise disruption.
