About the role
A healthcare facility in Dubai is looking for a Senior Social Worker who is a UAE national. The social worker provides psychosocial support to patients and their families while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments for patients
- Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Assist in discharge planning and community resource referrals
- Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards
Required profile
- UAE National (Emirati)
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Valid CDA license (mandatory)
