Senior Solutions Consultant

About the role

DiliTrust is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join its fast‑growing LegalTech team in Dubai. You will act as the bridge between prospects and the product, helping legal departments understand how our AI‑driven SaaS platform can solve their challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse functional and technical needs of legal professionals and define positioning strategies for enterprise clients.
• Write and respond to RFP/RFI documents on functional and technical matters.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts and tailored demo environments.
• Translate legal business requirements into concrete platform solutions and compelling stories.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to surface field needs and functional gaps.
• Contribute to commercial proposal development and document field feedback to enrich sales resources.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the legal sector (corporate law, compliance, governance, contracts, etc.).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (C1 level).
• Proven experience in complex B2B SaaS sales cycles.
• At least 8 years in a customer‑facing role at a software publisher or consulting firm.
